Blue Ridge Adventures is a full-service event timing and production company based in Pisgah Forest, North Carolina. We are promoters of the Pisgah Stage Race, ORAMM, Jerdon Mountain Challenge, Swank and the Carolina Youth Mountain Bike League (CYMBL). Whether you’re an experienced event organizer or new to events, Blue Ridge Adventures can help improve your event. We will work with you to create a service package that best suits your organization’s and event’s specific needs. Once our services are secured we will go right to work doing everything in our power to make sure you have a safe, successful, and enjoyable event.

Services

We offer a wide range services for all kinds of events including pre-event planning and logistics, on-the-day event support and post-event tear down and clean up. Here are some of the services we can offer your event:

Timing

  • Chip Timing - Time all participants using digital chip timing software.
    • Calculate the official results.
    • Sort finisher’s results by the category groupings desired and provided by the Race Director.
    • Event day final tabulation of award winners, groupings, and overall results.
    • Provide official results, as soon as possible, to the Race Director for use in awards announcements.
    • Provide official results, in printed and electronic form, to the Race Director.
  • Manual Timing - Time all participants using visual confirmation of bib number.
    • Calculate the official results.
    • Sort finisher’s results by the category groupings desired and provided by the Race Director.
    • Event day final tabulation of award winners, groupings, and overall results.
    • Provide official results, as soon as possible, to the Race Director for use in awards announcements.
    • Provide official results, in printed and electronic form, to the Race Director.

Post Event:

  • Post Results - Forward official event results to local/regional News, and any other media or website(s) requested by the Race Director.
