Triple Crown

PISGAH TRIPLE CROWN POINTS SERIES

The Pisgah Triple Crown consist of 3 races. Each race has points awarded to the place you are at the event. The racer with the top 3 points in each category will be crowned at the final event. We have created two series. One for the hard core riders and one for the more casual racer. Each race takes place in the Pisgah National Forest and delivers the demanding terrain on some of the oldest mountains in the world! You will enter in the backcountry at every event so come prepared for any situation.

We are not offering a series discount this year as some of our events have already opened for 2020.

You must be present to receive your awards. We do not mail awards.

Race 3 – Sycamore Cycles Swank 65

Open Men: Men who are 18-29 years of age

Open Women: Women who are 18-29 years of age

Vet Men: Men who are 30-39 years of age

Vet Women: Women who are 30-39 years of age

Master Men: Men who are 40-49 years of age

Master Women: Women who are 40-49years of age

Senior Men: Men who are 50-59 years of age

Senior Women: Women who are 50+ years of age

Grand Master Men: Men who are 60 years of age or older

Single Speed: Riders that choose to ride with only one gear

Rhino: For those riders that weigh 200 pounds or more

 

Casual Racer Series - Pisgah Triple Crown

Race 1 – Jerdon Mountain Challenge

Race 2 – 27 Miler Dirt Diggler

Race 3 – Couch Potato

Open Men: Men who are 18-29 years of age

Open Women: Women who are 18-29 years of age

Vet Men: Men who are 30-39 years of age

Vet Women: Women who are 30-39 years of age

Master Men: Men who are 40-49 years of age

Master Women: Women who are 40-49years of age

Senior Men: Men who are 50-59 years of age

Senior Women: Women who are 50+ years of age

Under 18: Male – Kids under 18 years of age, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 17 that also must be registered for the same event. Both you and your parent/guardian must be together at all rest stops and the finish line.
